The exclusive collection of villas is set to cater to ultra high-net-worth individuals in Dubai amid a property market boom
Amali Properties announced a new collection of exclusive ultra-luxury villas as part of the the Amali Island set to be located on the World Islands in Dubai. The collection of 24-luxury villas will cater to ultra high-net-worth individuals in the city.
The villas will span across seven architectural styles with views of the ocean. The project will cover a total area of 1,200,000 sq ft. spread over two of the World Islands – Uruguay and São Paolo.
Each individual Amali villa will offer residents 50m of exclusive beachfront access among other extravagant amenities.
“We are proud to unveil Amali Island as a testament to our dedication to redefining luxury living in Dubai,” said Ali Sajwani, Co-founder and CEO of Amali.
“Through attention to detail and partnership with the award-winning members of our atelier, we aim to create an exclusive haven where residents can indulge in unbridled waterfront luxury that feels like coming home to a holiday,” he added.
The project will be designed by award-winning architects offering two approaches – Minima and Grande.
Ultra-luxury amenities include outdoor firepits, rooftop terraces, teppanyaki bars, jacuzzis and pools.
Residents of the Amali project will gain access to a 10,000 sq ft. clubhouse which will feature gym facilities, a gourmet restaurant, swim bar, cigar lounge, yoga decks, saltwater pools and more.
Additionally, World Islands’ development will house a floating helipad and a floating padel court.
